Abstract: Response surface methodology(RSM) was selected to optimize the extraction process of fish oil from processing waste of grass carp by KOH hydrolysis,and GC was applied to determine the content and composition of fatty acids.Based on the experiments of single factors,pH,hydrolysis time,hydrolysis temperature and the amount of salt were selected for Box-Benhnken central composite designing and RSM.The results showed that the optimum extraction technique parameters were:pH of 9.2,hydrolysis time of 43 min,hydrolysis temperature of 48℃,the amount of salt 9.5%(w/w),under these conditions,the extraction yield of fish oil was up to 58.61%.The percentage of saturated fatty acids(SFA),monounsaturated fatty acids(MUFA) and polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA) in fish oil were about 22.63%-26.07%,45.09%-47.93% and 25.99%-31.32% respectively. 更多
