Abstract： Static adsorption and desorption exper iments were employed to screen the suitable macroporous absorbent resin for Hypericum Ascyron L total flavonoids.Some parameters of the purification process have been constructed.The results indicated that macroporous resin NKA-9 prssessed the best properties of adsorption and desorption.The optimum adsorption conditions of Hypericum Ascyron L onto NKA-9 resin were determined as followed:Initial concentration of sample solution 3.5 mg·mL-1 at pH 6.0,and adsorption at 35 ℃,and the optimum desorption conditions were 60% aqueous ethanol(v/v) with a solution proportion of 10 mL·g-1.
