Abstract： In this paper,orthogonal design test was planed by changes digestion temperature,digestion time,and digestion pressure.Xizang ghee was digested by microwave digestion method.The contents of elements Ca,Mg,K,Na,Cu,Zn and Fe,were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The optimum conditions for the digestion was obtained as follows:temperature was 160 ℃,digestion time was 4 min and digestion pressure was 2.53 MPa,respectively.The recovery ratio of the method was in the range of 92.4%-105.3%,and the relative standard deviations were 0.12%-3.27%(n=6).The method is accuracy,celerity,and simple.
