Abstract: The heat transfer process of hydrogen storage vessels was used as the research object,and based on the coupling boundary conditions of the outer surface temperature and heat flux continuity for hydrogen storage vessels,the information about the temperature fields and heat flux distributions of the fire environment and the tank,and the temperature and pressure field of the filling medium were obtained with the zoning coupling numerical algorithm.Simulation results showed that the heat flux and temperature distribution is uniform;the maximum value is appeared in the bottom of the central cylinder which may be dangerous.The thermal response of hydrogen storage vessels is premise on studying of its mechanical response and failure mechanism.The results may supply reference value for the safety design and the fire-fighting measures.
