摘要目的：与传统方法比较评价辐照氟银猪皮覆盖创伤创面的疗效。方法：大面积皮肤撕脱伤创面（Ａ组）经积极抗休克、血压稳定后覆盖辐照氟银猪皮，小面积皮肤撕脱伤创面（Ｂ组）和肉芽创面（Ｄ组），邮票植皮后再用辐照氟银猪皮覆盖；感染创面（Ｃ组）经反复清洗后用辐照氟银猪皮
