摘要为了建立稳定的吉非罗奇（Ｇｅｍｆｉｂｒｏｚｉｌ）血药浓度测定方法，了解其胶囊的相对生物利用度。笔者对１２名健康男性志愿受试者随机分为２组，每组６人，分别口服单剂量６００ｍｇ供试品或对照品吉非罗奇胶囊，７ｄ后再交叉服药，采用自建的高效液相色谱法检测血清中药
