摘要在体外测试了油茶子皂甙对小白鼠和人精子的杀精子作用,并且与盖苯醇醚和醋酸苯汞的杀精作用进行了比较。结果发现,茶皂甙对小白鼠的杀精子作用(最低有效浓度=10μg/ml)比盖苯醇醚(最低有效浓度=40μg/ml)和醋酸苯汞(最低有效浓度=20μg/ml)的作用更强。但对人精子的杀精作用(
