黄蝶呤的荧光性能研究

摘要研究了黄蝶呤的天然荧光特性 ,考察了黄蝶呤在 pH =7.8磷酸盐缓冲溶液条件下的荧光光谱及其各种因素对其荧光强度的影响。在最佳实验条件下 ,黄蝶呤的线性范围为 :0～ 6 μg/mL ,检出限为 2 .2 4× 10 -4μg/mL。
