Abstract:This paper investigated the activities of antioxidant enzymes in haemolymph and hepatopancreas from Cristaria plicata infected by Flavobacterium columnare.Blood serum and hepatopancreas were extracted at 3,6,12,24 h and 48 h from the C.plicata injected with F.columnare(109 cell/mL) and 0.9% NaCl solution(control group),respectively. The levels of Superoxide dismutase(SOD),Glutathione peroxidase(GPX)and the content of glutathione(GSH),hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) and malonaldehyde(MDA) were tested. After C.plicata was injected by F.columnare, the activities of SOD from blood serum were significantly different from control at 6 h,and the activities of GPX from blood serum were significantly different from control at 3 h,too.Meanwhile, the activities of GPX from hepatopancreas were higher than those in control at both 24 and 48 h.The content of GSH from blood serum was dramatically lower than that in control at 24 h.The content of MDA and H2O2 from blood serum and hepatopancreas had obvious changes. The indexes from blood serum changed more than those from hepatopancreas.
