Abstract：We studied the effects of the concentration and the ratio of NAA,6-BA,IBA,sucrose and active carbon on the germination of seeds and their rapid propagation of Dendrobium shixingense,by using its seeds as explants,.Our results indicated that the optimum medium for germination of seeds was MS containing 1.5 mg·L-1 6-BA,0.6 mg·L-1 NAA and 0.1% active carbon,with the germination rate being 100%.For multiplication of protocorms,the MS containing 0.8 mg·L-1 6-BA,0.3 mg·L-1 NAA and 4.5% sucrose was the suitable medium,and its propagation coefficient was 7.75.The Differentiation medium was best in the MS containing 2.5 mg·L-1 6-BA,0.5 mg·L-1 NAA and 0.03% active carbon,whose differential rate reached 92%.As for rooting,the 1/2 MS supplemented with 0.5 mg·L-1 IBA and 0.05 active carbon was preferred,in which the rooting rate reached 95.3%.,The survival rate of the rooting plantlets transplant was more than 93% in the case of using the moss and bark as ground. 更多
