Abstract：Bi-directional referral is implementation classification medical of core problem,this to bi-directional referral behavior main of economic relationship for point,using relationship contract theory,establish community health organizations and the relationship between urban hospital contracts,analysed the characteristics of bi-directional referral of relational contracts.,its relationship contract self implementation conditions indicates that,city hospital and community health service institutions of medical service level differences degree is concluded relationship contract of key.The conclusions of this article to Chinese bi-directional referral practice provides a theoretical basis and reference.
