摘要实验比较了分批培养、分批补料及连续流加培养对酒精酵母细胞生长的影响。结果显示,分批补料流加或连续流加(流加速率0.133 g.L-1.m-1)有利于酒精酵母菌Saccharomyces cerevisiae4-S的快速生长和得到较高的细胞浓度,分批补料流加或连续流加培养44 h,发酵液中酒精酵母细胞浓度分
