Abstract：We manufactured a kind of multilayer structure thin-film by PEVCD. The thin-film gas sensor becomes respcnsive to NO2 gas and C2H5OH gas in other ordinary gases by altering heat voltage. The device is the thin-film sensor for two kinds of gases.
