Abstract： Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of focused ultrasound therapeutic equipments and infra infrared of treatment of cervical erosion.Methods A total 300 cases in patients with cervical erosion according to different methods of physical therapy is divided into focused ultrasound treatment group(ultrasound group) and infrared treatment group(infrared group),150 cases in each group.Ultrasound group in patients with focused ultrasound therapeutic equipments treatment,infrared group in patients with infra infrared treatment.Observe 2 group in patients the amount of vaginal discharge(low,disuse sanitary napkins),continuous time of vaginal discharge and amount of vaginal bleeding,continuous time of vaginal bleeding,cervical scar repair and unobstructed of the cervical oral,vaginoscope reexamination the healing of cervical erosion face.Results Ultrasound group cure rate and a total effective rate was significantly higher than infrared group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.50,P<0.05;χ2=4.25,P<0.05).Acid treatment after of lumbar,abdominal pain,symptom improvement rates fall:infrared group was 94.7%(142/150),ultrasound group was 99.3%(149/150),difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=4.12,P<0.05).Ultrasound group amount less vaginal discharge,generally disuse sanitary napkins,vaginal discharge duration time ≤7 days the proportion of infrared group compared with the proportion of the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.22,P<0.05;χ2=6.62,P<0.05).ultrasound group less than menstrual flow of vaginal bleeding amount,the vaginal bleeding duration of ≤7 days the proportion of infrared group compared with the proportion of the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =5.27,P<0.05;χ2=4.25,P<0.05).Ultrasound group the incidence rates of cervical canal stenosis stricture,recurrence rates were significantly lower than the IR group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.33,P<0.01;χ2=9.82,P<0.01).Conclusion Focused ultrasound therapeutic equipments for treatment of cervical erosion,and its high cure rate,adverse reaction less,no cervical canal stenosis stricture and scar formation and other complications,especially for women without fertility treatment of cervical erosion.
