Abstract:Objective To investigate the change in plasma D-dimer levels in patients with acute craniocerebral injury and its clinical significance. Methods Venous blood samples were taken from patients with acute craniocerebral injury to detect plasma D-dimer levels during disease development. Results The increase in plasma D-dimer levels was associated with disease development. The levels of plasma D-dimer were(0.40±0.09) mg/L,(2.20±0.38) mg/L and(3.50±0.72)mg·L-1 before admission,at 5 days after admission and at 7 days after admission, respectively.Compared with healthy subjects, plasma D-dimer levels significantly increased in patients with acute craniocerebral injury. Conclusion The measurement of plasma D-dimer is important to early intervention, prognostic evaluation and prevention of irreversible brain ischemic lesions. 更多
