Abstract:Functionally Gradient Concrete Segment(abbr.FGCS) adopting functional and structural integrated design is of some excellent performances,such as mechanical property,anti-cracking,impermeability and fire resistance,especially,the ability to resist chloride ion penetration.Chloride diffusion coefficient of FGCS produced was only 4.9×10-13 m2·s-1.According to the multi-component diffusion equation,a service life for FGCS was predicted to be 280 years.Based on the performances mentioned above,mechanical property,anti-cracking,impermeability and fire resistance of FGCS were obviously improved in comparison with ordinary reinforced concrete segment.
