Abstract： To investigate the effects of Coix Oil Micro-emulsion(COME) to animal organs,intragastric administration of COME to male mice were performed in the current study.The weights and coefficients of heart,liver,spleen,lung and kidney of sacrificed mice were measured.In the experimental group,50 immature male mice were used.The organ weights were measured and the organ coefficients were calculated.The difference among identical organ groups with different doses of COME and influence on organism were analyzed.Significant differences of the heart coefficients were observed between the blank group and 0.25% COME group,as well as 0.50% COME group(p<0.01).0.25% COME presented notable effects towards the liver and kidney functions,and might also affect the immunity ability of male mice.1.0% COME could affect the heart and lung functions of male mice compared to the control group.
