摘要以2-乙酰基吡啶和对硝基苯甲醛为原料,经羟醛缩合、双氧水环氧化反应、碱催化合环反应及锌粉还原反应得到一种含吡啶基取代偶氮苯化合物.通过红外光谱、1 H NMR及元素分析对其结构进行了表征.并通过紫外可见光谱测试了其对不同类型金属离子的配位能力,结果表明,该化合物与镁仅形成11型配合物,而与Cu2+形成11与12型配合物.对其可能的配位机理进行了讨论。
Abstract:A novel pyrazole derivative bearing azo moiety,1,2-bis(4-(3-(pyridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)phenyl)diazene was synthesized by hydroxyl aldehyde condensation of 2-acetylpyridine and nitrobenzene,followed by the epoxidation reaction,base-catalytic cyclization,and reduction reaction.Its structure was characterized by IR,1H NMR,and elemental analysis.Its coordination ability was tested by UV-vis spectra titration upon addition of different kinds of metal ions.The results showed that this compound formed 1:1 type complex with Mg2+,and formed 1:1 and 1:2 coordination species with Cu2+.
