Abstract：The EDM gap control system functional requirements were analyzed in this paper,and the overall structure of modular was designed.In order to achieve automatic control functions,the article in the gap state of comparative of reference voltage adjustment module in the control system,constitute a closed-loop clearance control system.Automatically optimize the initial threshold voltage value of the idea,which can improve the accuracy and efficiency of the control gap state according to the calculation results of the processing efficiency.
