急性出血坏死性胰腺炎术后肠内营养支持

摘要】３８例急性出血坏死性胰腺炎术后病人，经空肠造瘘管早期滴注肠内营养液，以观察病人的营养状况及并发症。结果显示，治疗后病人血浆白蛋白恢复，营养状况改善，仅７．９％和５．２％的病人出现可控制的腹泻和腹胀，不引起胰腺出血坏死的加重。结果表明，急性出血坏死性胰腺
