摘要一例Ｅｂｓｔｅｉｎ畸形合并预激综合征及巨大房缺患者。在体外循环条件下进行手术治疗，包括三尖瓣成功、排除房化右心室、修补房间隔缺损及Ｋｅｎｔ来切割。术后检查矫治满意、效果良好。文章对手术经过作了详细介绍，对Ｅｂｓｔｅｉｎ畸形，预激综合征的手术适应症、操作要
