经皮肝穿刺胆囊置管引流治疗急性化脓性胆囊炎(附九例报告)

摘要采用经皮肝穿刺胆囊置管引流术治疗急性化脓性胆囊炎9例,其中3例进行了灌注溶石治疗。结果:术后24 h,全组病例临床症状缓解,3例危重患者休克基本纠正;引流术后72 h,全部病例临床症状基本消失。3例溶石患者中2例胆石消失,1例结石变小。对其临床意义及穿刺、置管的技术问题进行了
