Abstract: The essence of an enterprise’s management embodies interactive relationship between the governor and the governed.The employee’s individual system has a feature of self-organization.Under its evolution of self-organization system,the employee’s self-development ability should be gradually perfected.Managers should give the employee selfdetermination power appropriately to stir up the employee’s enthusiasm and their innovative ability,and solidify and strengthen the mutual trust between the governor and the governed to improve the efficiency of the enterprise management,and finally achieve double-winning between the enterprise and employees to successfully realize the enterprise development target.
