Abstract: Since 1999,universities have expanded enrollment.University graduating students are hard to find jobs and the tendency is becoming more and more rigorous.The text analyzes the main factors of non-human capital and confirms its connotation and extension,trying to use empirical research to quantitatively analyze the function of non-human capital factors in the process of finding jobs for university graduating students.If it can help university graduating student individuals perform well in seeking employment and obtain occupation successfully,it is of great value.
