Abstract: Accelerating the cause of the television media in the country under the system of the construction industry,changing planned system to the market economy system,waiting into a fight for changing,and changing from passive to active,it is necessary for us to clear the field of radio and television media ownership concept,gradually establish a quota,and clear attribution,assuming clear,strict protection and smooth transfer of modern property rights system;at the same time the industrialization also means the development of television media into the field of enterprise management,from large-scale,intensive,scientific and other spheres to the management level.In the modern enterprise system,on the basis of learning all advanced management experience,scientific development,and keeping up with the time,the TV media management mechanism must find a road according to the market for further development.
