Abstract: Executive compensation is a kind of legal system for compensation when executive behaviors harm the counterparts’ lawful rights and interests.The scope of executive compensation is the central factor in every country.The foreign scope and principle of executive compensation is very clear,and has formed a complete system of executive compensation.But there is a big difference in the scope of act rights and contents about the executive compensation between China and foreign countries.As China’s market economy gradually developing,we must learn the advanced experience from foreign countries.It is indispensable for China to build a complete executive compensation system to expand the scope of abstract administrative actions,specific administrative actions,and non-coercive administrative actions,to broaden the scope of lost legitimate rights and interests,and to increase the scope of the content of the legitimate rights and interests.
