Abstract: Enterprise culture management research is one of the most important research of enterprise management.By using the method of FAJA(the first hand archetype generating approaching analysis) to gain an enterprise value forming archetype,an enterprise spreading feedback archetype,an enterprise innovating limited to growth archetype,an enterprise innovating resulting in disaster archetype,an enterprise attending to trifles and neglecting the essentials archetype,we find that in order to advance our country’s enterprise culture management,we should reduce the differences between the enterprise and personnel,reduce the personnel’s discouragement,build up study ability,advance enterprise’s management criterion,build up innovating consciousness,change personnel’s thinking,strengthen enterprise’s prompting mechanism,and correspond developrnent inside and outside.
