Abstract: In the second language teaching,the ultimate goal is to cultivate the ability of verbal communication.It stresses the decency of speech communication.But in the second language teaching and practice,we found that one of the most prominent problems for minority students and foreign students learning Chinese in the advanced stage is that the skills of verbal communication are lower.Modern rhetoric pays attention to specific language materials used in the activities of the rules and pursues the best communicative effect.Their thoughts can be as a second language teaching practice to provide an effective theoretical guide and to improve their verbal communication capacity.
