Abstract: The First Berlin Crisis is a production of the US-Soviet Cold War.It is also an important issue on the study of the origin of the Cold War.Although the action of Soviet blockade Berlin is the direct fact to provoke the crisis,from the overall perspective of the transform on the post-war international situation,the origin of the crisis has closely related to the change of US-Soviet relations and the evolution of German policy of the two countries during the early postwar period.It can be said that this crisis was the inevitable result of contradiction and conflict between US and Soviet about the "German Problem" during the transition from ally to adversary of the early post Second World War.
