Abstract: Second language acquisition has developed into an independent frontier interdisciplinary science.The cognition and the socio-culture in its theory are closely related with each other,which chiefly enbodies SLA learners’ individualities and emphasizes a SLA-learning mode of poly-methods and dynamic states.In the meanwhile,we should know the differences between "the second language acquisition" and "the second language learning" and the dialectical unity of the two conceptions.Only by means of mixing the two conceptions perfectly,in fact,can we reach a better learning result.
