Abstract: The teacher-student relationship on the ontology concept makes the teacher and student become the tools and methods;the absence of the humanistic spirit makes the education lose the due meaning;and the ecology declares the principle of integrity,relevance,nature and concreteness,to create a new mode for the study of the real the teacher-student relationship.Nowdays,the teacher-student relationship committed to the sustainable development for the students must turn to the ecology.That is to say that it must implement effectivly the conception of the understanding,intergrowth,equality and democracy among teachers and students.
