Abstract: The multi-sources and courses analysis model is one method used to explain the policy.It may include the entire process of the policy formulation,mainly covering the question source and course,the policy source and course and the political source and course.According to the multi-sources and courses analysis model,the dislocation of existing space,the lacking of policy attention and the flawing of value approval in our adult education have caused the phenomenon of marginalization of adult education.To make the three big sources and courses joint together and open the policy window of adult education,the adult education needs the joint effort of the strategic activists,redesigning the space position choosing the right education strategy,and disseminating the new idea of the adult education in the society.
