Abstract: In recent years,the women in our country have already been obviously in inferior position in competition with men for employment,and the marginal tendency has arisen.It displays that the sex profession and the partial feminine occupation sink,that feminine employment and re-employment are difficult,and that male and(female) income and social security disparity expand.The main reason for this situation is caused by the deficiency in the system of employment,such as gender differences in employment cost and training cost,low awareness of employment among women.In an increasingly competitive job today,to change women’s disadvantages in the labour market,we must promote the labour market awareness of gender equality,the social mainstreaming decision-making,improve the legal system of protecting women’s labor rights and interests and labour market,monitoring mechanism,aiming at the development of vocational education and vocational skills training for women,increasing female’s self-awareness,and constantly improving their own qualities.
