摘要以潲水油为原料,以碱为催化剂,催化酯交换制备生物柴油的生产工艺。得出在碱催化下,潲水油允许的最大酸价为10 mgKOH/g;较佳的工艺条件为:反应温度60~65℃;反应时间80 m in;m(醇):m(油)为1:5;催化剂的量为油重的0.9%;所得到的生物柴油的性能完全达到与石化0#柴油的性能指标相当
