摘要探索了组成型重组大肠杆菌E.coliBL21(DE3)pYW-GA高效表达GL-7ACA酰化酶(EC.3.1.5.11)的发酵工艺.在摇瓶培养获得GL-7ACA酰化酶工程菌的最佳发酵条件的基础上,用5L自控发酵罐进行分批补料培养,为减少细菌代谢过程中有害的物质(主要是乙酸)的产生及酶的高效表达,发酵过程中采用
