听神经病听力学特征

摘要 目的:探讨听神经病听力学检测特征。方法:对14例(28耳)听神经病患者进行纯音测听、声导抗、听性脑干反应(ABR)和畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)、言语识别率检查。结果:纯音测听除1例3岁幼儿未行纯音测试外,13例(26耳)听力图均呈双侧对称性低频损失,听力曲线形态呈上升型20耳(76.9%),
