摘要 目的探讨角膜地形图在筛查圆锥角膜中的应用,为早期诊断圆锥角膜提供可靠依据。方法采用计算机辅助系统角膜地形图对17～55岁5813例欲接受角膜屈光手术的患者进行常规检查。检查内容(1)角膜中央屈光力;(2)角膜中心下方3mm处屈光力与角膜中心上方3mm处屈光力的差值(IS);(3)同一
