摘要 目的探讨rhaFGF的改构体对谷氨酸损伤神经细胞的干预作用。方法制备SH-SY5Y损伤模型,将实验分为空白组、Glu组、rhaFGF组和rhaFGF改构体组,利用流式细胞仪分析rhaFGF改构体对正常培养的神经细胞细胞周期的影响:形态观察以及MTT法检测各实验组的细胞活力、LDH法检测乳酸脱氢酶的
