Abstract:Objective To explore the application of heated intravenous infusion in gynopathic patients.Methods Fifty patients who required intravenous infusion of Department of Gynecology were divided into test group and control group by using self-control method,50 cases in each group.The test group was given heated intravenous infusion,and the control group was treated with traditional intravenous infusion at room temperature.Effluent temperature and patient comfort were recorded.Skin temperature of the limb on the side of infusion(warm or cold) was measured by hand touch.Results Compared with control group,effluent temperature and proportions of patients with warm skin temperature and body comfort significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The required intravenous infusion of Department of Gynecology using heated infusion is safe and effective and can be used to avoid the discomfort caused by the low-temperature infusion.
