Abstract：Objective To study the protection effect of tanshinone ⅡA injection on vascular endothelial cell function.Methods A total of 200 patients with artery atherosclerosis were treated with intravenous drip of 10 mL tanshinone ⅡA once per day for 1 week.Fasting blood samples were collected for the detection of endothelin(ET),prostacyclin(PGI2) and thromboxane A2(TXA2) before and after treatment.Results Compared with levels before treatment,ET and TXA2 levels significantly decreased but PGI2 levels obviously increased after tanshinone ⅡA treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Tanshinone ⅡA injection can regulate and improve the abnormalities of secretory function of vascular endothelial cells.Vascular endothelial cells may serve as the targets for tanshinone ⅡA action.
