Abstract：A retrospection of clinical and experimental studies on sick-sinus-syndrome (SSS) is introduced, including (I) clinical electrophysiology, (2) etiology and diagnosis and (3) pathogenesis, early diagnosis, prophylaxis and treatment of SSS.
