Abstract: The contemporary moral education could no longer carry on through top-down repressing and obedience of the traditional moral education mode,and it must rely on constructing a community of moral learning,in order to promote moral dialogue and exchange between equal subjects of educators and the educated and finally get moral consensus and understanding as far as possible between them.No matter in the member structure,the way of mutual understanding inside members,or the formation mode of its members’ identity,there is a fundamental difference between moral learning community and traditional community.In order to ensure the establishment and sustain the moral learning community,some "ethics rules" must be reached and established inside the community.And moral learning community must give full play to the value guidance role of educator subject,and impel the pedagogue subjects and enhance understanding and identity on the mainstream values in the collision of pluralistic values.
