Abstract：The application of the CFD method in a Car Air Conditioner Duct was discussed,from which we obtained pressure distribution,air distribution of outlets and velocity field.Some modifications were put forward to optimize the duct structure.It turned out that optimized duct made air distribution more even and air flow loss reduced.
