Abstract：The bearing capacity of the existing bridge is the focus of the bridge health project.It built a nonparametric regression model on bearing capacity in this paper.The S-Q Curve was estimated with LOWESS Robust Regression,to obtain the nonparametric predicted value of the existing bridge’s dead load experiment.The predicted result was practical,and provided high reference value for project.
