Abstract:Polycrystal ferrite samples of Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 were prepared by oxide method.The phase structure,microstructure and dielectric properties were analysized by X-ray diffraction method(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and resistance analysis instrument.The effects of sintering temperature were studied on microstructure and dielectric properties of the samples,respectively.The results indicated that the second phase Fe2O3 appear as presintered at 950 ℃and 1000 ℃,while the grain size and the density increased with the increasing sintered temperature.The dielectric constant decreased at first,and it reached the lowest value at 1 200 ℃,and then increased.The dielectric constant of the sample as sintered at 1300 ℃ has a peak,it is appeared an abnormal phenomenon.
