Abstract:The compound of cathode materials doping with Y3+ was synthesized by sol-gel method.And the crystal structure,charge-discharge properties and cycle performance were investigated.The Results indicated that olivine structure of the LiCoPO4 was well maintained after the doping of a small quantity of Y3+.The first discharge capacity of the cathode material Li0.99Y0.01CoPO4 reached 123.0 mAh/g under 0.1 C rate,and increased 8% compared with the pure LiCoPO4.After 20 cycles the discharge is 78.6 mAh/g,the electrochemical performance of materials have much improvement.
