Abstract： A kind of water-based acrylic amino baking paint was prepared using the materials of banknote printing wastewater and water-soluble silicone acrylate resin.Several influencing factors were discussed,including the dosages of wastewater,water-soluble silicone acrylate resin and pigment,the ratio of water-soluble silicone acrylate resin and amino resin,the curing temperature and curing time.The study showed that the technical specification of the product conforms to the state standard under the condition of the ratio of water-soluble silicone acrylate resin and amino resin is 4:1,the mass fraction of silicone acrylate resin,banknote printing wastewater and titanium dioxide is 40%,30% and 15%,curing temperature is 150 ℃ and curing time is 30 minutes.The study will enable the recycling of the banknote printing wastewater.
