Abstract： The zinc alloy samples were prepared under the condition of the vibration and ordinary pressure,0.4 MPa and 0.7 MPa pressure.The microstructure morphology was obtained by the optical microscopy.The analysis result showed that the crystalline microstructure of solidification by the band edge changes from dendrite-shaped to oval and spherical grains.The internal grains have also been refined.External conditions of vibration and pressure inhibited formation and the growth of the zinc-aluminum alloy during solidification microstructure dendrite.
