基于AWE的矿用防爆轴流风机叶柄断裂分析

摘要 针对某矿用防爆轴流式主通风机经常出现叶柄断裂的现象,用有限元技术分析了该型号风机叶轮的动静态力学特性,找出叶柄断裂的原因并提出叶轮设计的改进措施。使用UG软件建立叶轮的三维模型,基于有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench(AWE)进行计算模态分析和结构静力学分析,得到了该叶
