双环法乳房整形术的临床应用

摘要 目的探讨双环法乳房整形手术治疗巨乳及乳房下垂的疗效。方法对11例乳房下垂或巨乳症患者采用双环法乳房整形术。结果 11例患者中10例效果满意,双侧乳房基本对称,大小适中,松垂状态明显改善;1例由于乳房过大,腺体组织切除过多,早期形态欠满意,经随访观察6个月后形态亦明显改善
